Ask us anythingPrograms & Ages
What ages do you serve?
Children ages 2 to 7. Our programs are Toddler Primary (age 2), Primary (roughly ages 3–5), and Elementary — Transitional Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and 1st grade (ages 5–7).
Does my child need to be potty-trained to start?
Not for our Toddler Primary program — we welcome two-year-olds who are still learning to toilet. Our Primary program is for children who are fully toilet-trained.
Do you go all the way through elementary?
Yes — unlike many Montessori preschools, we continue through Transitional Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and 1st grade, so your child can stay with us past the preschool years.
Admissions & Tuition
How much is tuition?
We are happy to talk openly about cost. Monthly tuition depends on the program and the hours you choose, and there is a one-time registration fee and a materials fee at enrollment. See our Admissions & Tuition page for an overview, or request the full tuition schedule and we will send it over.
What are your hours?
The core school day is 8:30 AM–3:00 PM, with extended care available from 7:00–8:30 AM and 3:00–6:00 PM — a full 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM for working families.
Are you open year-round?
Yes, we are open year-round.
How do I enroll?
Start by scheduling a tour. After your visit, we will share availability and enrollment details, and you can reserve your child's place with the registration and materials fees.
Daily Life
Are there enrichment or after-school activities?
Yes. We offer optional after-school enrichment such as dance, music, art, science, and fitness, conducted on-site by outside providers.
Do you accommodate food allergies and dietary needs?
Yes — we make special accommodations for children with food allergies and dietary restrictions.
The Montessori Approach
What is Montessori, exactly?
It is a method developed by Dr. Maria Montessori that lets children learn by doing, at their own pace, in a carefully prepared environment. Our Montessori Method page explains it in full.
Will my child actually learn to read and do math?
Yes — Montessori introduces phonetic reading, writing, and hands-on math in the early years. Because it grows from materials children choose themselves, many read and work with numbers early, and without pressure.
My child came from a traditional classroom — can they still join?
Absolutely. Because teaching is individualized, a child new to Montessori is met exactly where they are and guided at their own pace, rather than pushed to keep up with a group.
Still have questions?
We would love to answer them in person.
